Shipping and Delivery
The value and delivery time varies according to the delivery address. IT IS PRIMARY THAT YOU ENTER CORRECT DATA since it is your responsibility to inform where the product should arrive. Our products are shipped within 10 (ten) working days after your payment is credited. All shipping costs that occur for purchases within Vexpa.org are the sole responsibility of our customers, unless otherwise expressly stated (for example, in the case of promotions).
At Vexpa we put a lot of effort to ensure that the orders are correctly dispatched and delivered as quickly as possible. At the end of your order, you will receive an email with all the data of your order, including the delivery address. If you need to change the shipping information after you have paid, you will need to contact us through our email email@example.com or our phone number 674976102, and we will change it as long as it has not been dispatched.
If there are errors in the shipping address and the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to Vexpa within approximately 10 working days. In this case, we will contact you to coordinate a new shipment. In these cases, the shipping will be charged again.
Once the product has been delivered to the shipping company in charge of the shipment, you will receive an identification number for the tracking of the product, as well as the customer service phone number of that company to make any consultation. It is important that you keep this information received, in order to make any claim.
Once the purchase order has been dispatched, it is not possible to change the delivery address. The delivery of the goods will be agreed at the address provided by the User. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will make a second visit. If he is still unable to deliver the goods, he will leave a phone number so that the User can schedule the delivery directly with them. Vexpa will insure the goods during the time the goods are in transit to the delivery address. From the moment the goods are delivered in good condition and after signing the acknowledgement of receipt, the responsibility for the delivered products becomes yours.
The products are delivered with Vexpa’s original packaging. In case the User receives the product in bad condition, he must not forget to inform our site by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
