1- General Policy
You have up to 14 business days to return a generic product you have purchased from the store if you are not satisfied with it.
To make the return you must contact us in advance, indicating that you want to make a return, we will review the case and give you the return acceptance without problem along with return instructions. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization or that are not properly identified externally as indicated in the instructions we provide when requesting the return.
To do this you must send us an email to email@example.com, indicating your name and order number. In order to proceed with the return, you must comply with the following requirements:
1- The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labelling.
2- The shipment must be made in a protective box so that the product arrives with the maximum possible guarantees.
3- A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, where the returned products and the reason for return are also marked.
After examining the article, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid for the item(s) purchased. Only the amount of the item(s) will be refunded, never the shipping, refund and packaging costs .
The return will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date you notified us of your intention to withdraw. The return will be made on the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase; these details must be sent by the customer by e-mail. You will assume the cost and risk of returning the products to us, as indicated above.
There will be no exchange or return of those products that are not in the same condition as received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product or those personalized items.
This provision does not affect the rights granted to the consumer by the legislation in force.
2- Returns of defective products.
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the Contract, you must contact us immediately via our contact form firstname.lastname@example.org, providing the details of the product as well as the damage it suffers. In some cases we will ask you to send us a photo of the damage.
Once we have received the goods to be returned, we will examine the returned product carefully and will inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period whether the product should be returned or replaced (if applicable). The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date on which we send you an e-mail confirming that the return or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate.
In the event that the product(s) cannot be replaced, the amounts paid for those products that are returned, due to a fault or defect, where it actually exists, will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item to you and the costs that you would have incurred to return it to us.
Partial returns and cancellations will result in partial refunds of the total amount paid for the entire order. Transport costs, refunds and gift packaging will not be refunded in the event of a partial return.
The return will be made on the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase.
